Embodiment and Storytelling

This immersive workshop invites participants to explore the concept of embodiment through storytelling. From themes on age and aging to the critical analysis of the portrayal of disability in literature, we will delve into how the body is intricately connected with health, identity, and narrative. Through discussions on selected short fiction and poetry and creative writing prompts,  this workshop offers a space to critically examine how our perceptions of the body shape—and are shaped by—the stories we tell about ourselves and others.
